All of our skincare products are proudly manufactured in South Korea, a global leader in skincare innovation and beauty technology. Our accessories and beauty tools are manufactured by trusted partners in various locations around the world, selected for their expertise, quality standards, and ability to deliver products that meet our expectations. We work closely with all of our manufacturing partners to ensure consistent quality, safety, and performance across our entire product range.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer fast & free shipping for orders of $25 or more! Orders are packed and shipped five days a week. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following business day. Most orders are shipped 24-48 hours from the order date. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by hazardous weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

How can I track my order/ What if didn't get an order confirmation?

You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.  Also, you can sign-in to your account to view order history, tracking information, and information about past orders at lemonlavenderbeauty.com.

Incorrect, missing, order defective items?

If you purchased a product directly from our website and it is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, please email customer service at support@lemonlavenderbeauty.com. Please note that the item must be unused. In the email, please include a detailed description of the quality issue, multiple photos of the item and your order number. If you purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for assistance.
